SERVICE REQUESTS:
When contracting on-line services from Legal Document Solutions, LLC, you agree to complete the appropriate Client Forms and remit a retainer fee/deposit (50% of total document preparation fee) to initiate the preparation of your legal documentation and acknowledge that:
This procedure is called "pro se," which means advocating on one's own behalf before a court, rather than being represented by a lawyer. We can assist you with the preparation of documents that you may use in connection with your pro se appearance in court.
You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions; and Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the signed Service Agreement. Prior to release of any documents, Legal Document Solutions, LLC, requires that all fees (and any remaining balance) be paid in full.
After you complete a Client Intake Form and fill out the applicable Questionnaire(s), you will receive a Service Agreement to sign and an Invoice indicating the total project costs and the required retainer fee/deposit amount.
After you return the signed Service Agreement and pay the retainer fee/deposit, one of our experienced Document Preparation Specialists will use the information that you provided to prepare an approved legal form that complies with state guidelines. Your final documents will be in an approved form so that you may file them with the state or federal court assigned to your case.
Your final documents will be completed within 3 to 5 business days after all questionnaires and all necessary information is received from you. Delays in completing your documents will occur if all necessary information is not provided by you.
In your final documents package, you will receive your requested documents which should be ready to file. You will simply need to review and sign the documents. If a document is required be notarized, it will be self-evident from the face of the document.
DOCUMENT AMENDMENTS:
After release of your documentation, Legal Document Solutions, LLC, will work with you to make any minor changes or amendments to your documents without charge. After three (3) business days, Legal Document Solutions, LLC, has the right to charge a service fee for excessive amendments or new material added.
YOUR FEE COVERS ONLY THE COSTS OF PRODUCING YOUR DOCUMENTS:
All Court filing fees, process service fees, certified/overnight mailing, outside copying, publication/certification fees, or any other costs and expenses associated with the preparation of your legal documents are not included in our published service fees.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payments can be made by Check (U.S. Mail), Zelle (Bank Transfers), or Debit or Credit Card via PayPal or Square (Online).
REFUNDS:
ALL payments submitted for legal document preparation or other services are deemed "FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE."
Final and nonrefundable fees shall include, but not be limited, to: client's decision to not accept completed documents; retainer fees for rendered services; or if your spouse, partner or significant other decides to not accept service of filed documentation.
Legal Document Solutions, LLC, reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or Published Service Fees without further notice.

PRIVACY CONSIDERATIONS:
All information provided to Legal Document Solutions, LLC, for completing your legal matters will be protected according to the security standards in effect at such time. All information will only be used by Legal Document Solutions, LLC, for the preparation of your legal documentation in accordance with your requested specifications. The information you choose to provide or confide with us is deemed valued, confidential, and will never be shared or sold to any other third party(ies).
